Kevin Purnell is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who proudly calls Virginia home. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kevin laid down roots in Virginia in 2001 and has built a life centered around family, service, leadership, and community.

With 31 years of law enforcement experience, including more than 16 years in senior leadership, Kevin has dedicated much of his career to protecting and serving others. His extensive investigative background includes leading complex property and violent crime investigations within the City of Norfolk. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for leadership, accountability, professionalism, and building strong relationships with the people he serves.

In addition to his law enforcement career, Kevin is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent. His passion for real estate comes from the opportunity to work with people, understand their goals, and help them navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives.

Whether serving his community, leading others, helping clients achieve their real estate goals, or spending time with his family, Kevin believes in treating people with integrity, respect, and genuine care.
