Administrative Assistant to the Chief

  Andrecia Vespa is our Recording Secretary. For 20 years she has worked for the Norfolk Police Department as an Administrative Assistant, and is currently assigned to the Chief’s Office, working for the executive staff, Community Affairs, Office of Professional Standards (Internal Affairs), Central Intelligence, Public Information Office, Field Command and Accreditation. Her goals with the NOBLE Hampton Roads Chapter is to help bring about change within our communities that will bring unity, growth, healing and strength that will help guide the next generation into their God-given purpose. 

Working with children through ministry and as a storyteller for 28 years has led Andrecia to write and publish 3 children’s books. With 3 more in the making, Andrecia writes for elementary-age children through fully illustrated Color-While-You-Read books that tell a story reaching what our youth experience today.
